1. EVENT TICKET REFUNDS
1.1 Eligibility Criteria
We provide full refunds for event tickets purchased through our authorized channels (online platform or in-person sales) under the following conditions:
- Full Attendance Requirement: The purchaser must have attended the complete duration of the event from commencement to conclusion
- Performance Standard: The event content, presentation, or deliverables materially failed to meet the representations made in our promotional materials, event description, or pre-event communications
- Good Faith Standard: The refund request is made in good faith with specific, substantive reasons for dissatisfaction
1.2 Refund Process
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days following the event conclusion
- Documentation: Requests must include proof of purchase and detailed explanation of how the event failed to meet promised deliverables
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) business days to the original payment method
2. LEGAL SERVICES REFUNDS
2.1 Refund Structure
Refunds for legal services are calculated based on:
- Services Rendered: Work completed and documented prior to termination or completion of engagement
- Contractual Terms: Specific refund provisions outlined in the executed engagement agreement
- Professional Standards: Services performed in accordance with applicable professional conduct rules
2.2 Refund Determination
- Full Refunds: Available when no substantive legal work has been performed
- Partial Refunds: Calculated on a pro-rata basis reflecting completed work, expenses incurred, and time invested
- Engagement Agreement Controls: All refund determinations are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the individual client engagement agreement
3. GENERAL TERMS
3.1 Limitations
- Refunds are limited to the original purchase price or fees paid
- Third-party fees, processing charges, or administrative costs may be deducted from refund amounts
- This policy does not supersede any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws
3.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refund determinations shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of American Arbitration Association in Austin, Texas.
3.3 Modifications
This refund policy may be modified at any time with thirty (30) days written notice. Changes will not affect transactions completed prior to the effective date of modifications.
