Went to a seminar at Brushy Creek center presented by Tom Fortenberry which was very informative and helped us understand the importance of getting our affairs in order sooner rather than later - or before it's too late! It all seemed so overwhelming so we just didn't have a proper will in place. He explained the difference between a will and a trust and we had a free one hour follow up meeting with him at his office where he went into more depth with our questions.
