About Melissa
Melissa Christian
Melissa Christian grew up in Burnet, Texas, the self-proclaimed “Bluebonnet Capital of Texas,” and her Hill Country roots still shape the way she serves her clients. Faith, family, and friends sit at the center of her life, and when she isn’t working, you’ll usually find her spending time with family or watching sports.
Melissa’s path to the law was a personal one. Becoming a single mother at a young age showed her firsthand how many people go without good legal representation, and she went to law school to help change that. She calls herself a “fixer,” and she brings that practical, problem-solving mindset to every matter she handles. Her practice has included civil litigation involving business and real estate disputes, as well as estates, trusts, and trust administration.
Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Texas State University and a paralegal certification from the University of Texas at San Antonio before earning her law degree from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law in 2018. She is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and the Highland Lakes Bar Association.
